Balancing Work, Family and Fitness

We have set up this blog to update our current clients and friends on the happenings in fitness and wellness. It is also to create a dialogue about trying to balance work and family and fitness, what we all struggle with at times. I now have a 2 3/4 year old daughter, who has been the greatest joy of my life. My life and priorities have changed, and everyday is a new adventure with caring for a toddler. Time is more valuable, and admit I cannot do all the training that I used to be able to without a child. So I have gotten creative and toned down a lot of my own training.

I would like this blog to be a place where clients can share their stories and concerns and I will try to write on topics that seem relevant to balancing it all and increasing one’s knowledge of how to maintain one’s fitness while having a family and work life. At the same time I will write about the latest in fitness and wellness topics. Please let me know what you want to hear about as well and I will do my best to write about it. I am excited about this new medium !
